Denpasar - The Business Administration Study Program of Bali International University (UNBI) carried out Community Service (PKM) activities at SMAN 8 Denpasar with the theme of sustainable tourism marketing education. This activity was attended by 101 X and XI grade students as part of an effort to raise awareness of the younger generation of the importance of tourism sustainability in Bali.
The activity was packaged interactively through material presentation and discussion to encourage active participation of students in understanding increasingly complex tourism issues. This activity is also part of the commitment of the UNBI Business Administration Study Program in presenting a real contribution as an impact study program, which not only focuses on learning in the classroom, but also provides direct benefits to the community.

Coordinator of the UNBI Business Administration Study Program, Dewa Gde Yoga Permana, S.E., M.M., in his speech said that this activity is a form of real implementation of the role of higher education in answering the challenges of sustainable development.
"We encourage students and the younger generation to not only be users of information, but also be able to become agents of change. Through this activity, we want to instill awareness that tourism must be managed sustainably and responsibly," he said.
In the context of Bali as a world tourist destination, the rapid development of tourism not only has a positive economic impact, but also presents challenges to the environment and cultural sustainability. Therefore, early education is a strategic step in building an adaptive and competitive generation.
The first presentation was delivered by A.A. Gde Agung Nanda Perwira, S.E., M.M., who discussed digital-based sustainable tourism marketing strategies. He emphasized that the younger generation has great potential as tourism promoters through digital media, while still paying attention to ethics and responsibility in delivering content.
Next, I Made Luhur Adi Putra, S.M., M.M., delivered material on sustainable tourism management based on local culture and environment. He highlighted the importance of maintaining a balance between tourism activities and the preservation of local wisdom as the foundation of sustainability.
The enthusiasm of the students was seen during the activity, especially in the discussion session which showed high interest in sustainability issues.
Through this activity, UNBI's Business Administration Study Program emphasized its role as an impactful study program that actively contributes to community development, while preparing young people who are ready to face future challenges. This activity is also expected to open students' insights into opportunities for continuing education in the field of business administration, especially at Bali International University.
